In addition to his entrepreneurial experience, Stephen has more than 30 years of experience in the sales of biological products. He is strategically placed to introduce customers world-wide to the products and services offered by BioAssay Works.
Les Kirkegaard, MBA – VP Marketing & Business Development
Les joined BioAssay Works with over 30 years of experience developing and marketing a variety of diagnostics, immunoassays and biological products. As Senior Director of Sales & Marketing at KPL, Inc. (now SeraCare Life Sciences), he was responsible for the worldwide sales and marketing efforts of the company. He is responsible for the worldwide marketing and business development efforts at BioAssay Works.
Olivier Cote, PhD – VP, Research & Development
Dr. Olivier Côté graduated from the University of Guelph, where his research interests focused on the role of anti-inflammatory proteins in the prevention and treatment of asthma-like diseases. He was involved in the identification and validation of several pulmonary and renal biomarkers, and contributed to the development of various immunodiagnostic and genetic tests to monitor lung and kidney disease predisposition. Olivier leads the assay development and optimization services at BioAssay Works.
Marc Berman – Director of Operations
Marc joined BioAssay Works in 2019 with over 25 years of Operations experience. In his previous roles, he has provided leadership in both day to day tactical actions as well as creating the long-term strategic vision in Lean Manufacturing, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management and Facility Engineering for medical device, research reagent and industrial component manufacturers under various regulatory and quality standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, cGMP, USDA, UL, ATEX/IEX and others.
