BioAssay Works announces the availability of three new kits for rapidly determining the class, subclass, and light chain type of various antibodies. These isotyping kits are critical tools in hybridoma antibody development, humanized antibody projects, and other research projects. Kits are available for Mouse, Human, and Rat antibodies.

Using BioAssay Work’s proven Naked-Gold^® technology, the Iso-Gold™ kits could not be easier – a dilution of the sample is made in a test tube, dipsticks are added, and after 5 minute vivid red lines indicate antibody class, subclass, and light chain type (kappa or lambda).
